"I've been a customer for several years and seen employees come and go. All of them courteous and professional. However, recently, and under not-so-great circumstances (car accident), I had the utmost pleasure of working with the Liza Mack during this stressful and uncertain time. Liza answered all my phone calls and constant emails along with a couple of in person visits-one with my 16-year-old son. Liza helped us navigate the process of going from having an accident, getting tow trucks lined up, vehicle transferred to autobody shop, rental car pick-up and processing, and even helped expedite our claim (car was a complete loss) in getting our check faster after dealing with a non-local rep who botched our claim. Liza’s professional demeanor, caring attitude, and the ability to function at a high level of customer service during this delicate time, allowed for a smooth and painless process. We are on the road again in our new car and grateful the accident wasn’t worse. Thank you, Liza, and the whole team at Todd Jackson State Farm."

"Don’t do business with State Farm or Todd Jackson State Farm. They lie deceive and violate state laws so they don’t have to pay claims. You are nothing more than a number to them. There is no such thing as a like good neighbor. If you want a claim to be mismanaged, then maybe this insurance company is for you. If not, I would definitely recommend going to a different insurance company."

"I’ve been with Statefarm for almost 40 years at probably 10 different locations (I moved a lot). This particular office has always been awesome to deal with but recently it was above awesome. I had quite a few things to do which took I bet about 90 minutes. Elaina was truly amazing. She was professional, extremely friendly, and quite pleasant while tackling one task after another.
